With the MMC reporting module, various budgets with different budget items, such as creation or prepress, can be assigned to any individual advertising medium.The individual advertising media budgets are then added automatically at project level by the MMC and set in relation to the project's overall budget. This gives marketing managers a constant overview f the project budget's current target and actual status.
Each project manager can book the relevant resources planning in hours or man days for his or her projects. The automated start-stop system records the effective work time. Marketing managers can also define the maximum number of hours a project manager can dedicate to a project.
The booked hourly rates are visualised graphically in the MMC's reporting module and can be filtered individually by day, week and month. This means that marketing managers can view the current target and actual status of their resources at a glance.
