MMC project management makes your day-to-day business significantly easier.
MMC project management maximises the organisation of the operational planning and control of workflows as a virtual platform for everyone involved in the process.
Project managers can therefore plan, coordinate and implement complex and extensive campaigns with a range of advertising media, partners and service providers more easily.
The positive outcome of this takes the form of optimised workflows in the production, distribution, coordination and management of your advertising media, which in turn bring with them significant savings in terms of time and costs.

Graphical symbols show marketing managers the point at which action is required and whose task it is to drive the process forward. When an advertising medium is created, the project manager assigns meta-information to it from pre-defined categories so that it can be later retrieved using the media search. For each advertising medium, the relevant partners need to be assigned that are needed for its implementation.
These partners are defined individually in advance and made selectable, so that the responsibilities are clearly explained and a stringent workflow remains guaranteed. Using a document management system, files such as briefing documents can be stored centrally and managed according to a flexible folder structure. All the milestones specific to the advertising medium are pre-defined in a deadline overview and can be post-processed or created completely from scratch.
The specific deadlines are created according to the type of advertising medium (for example: briefing deadline, print deadline, etc.). Once the structure and duration of the workflow step have been defined in advance, the final delivery deadline can be set and all upstream deadlines are calculated automatically. All deadlines are displayed using a traffic light system in a visualised timeline, so that managers can distinguish at a glance where the project is up to and at which point the processes are not running to schedule.
