MMC process control: make your processes faster and more efficient
With MMC process control, you can accelerate internal and external organisational processes. Where previously processes were implemented in sequence, the MMC for instance facilitates parallel processing in the coordination phase.
The new layout or final artwork is no longer subjected to a time-consuming coordination process via e-mail, telephone or on-site visits. Instead, it's all done online and can involve any number of project members. This minimises the communication outlay while the integrated coordination history also makes every change traceable at all times.
Automated processes moreover ensure a significantly faster flow of information: using MultiMails with dynamic content, the person responsible is notified immediately as soon as there is a task for him.
MMC process control - the advantages at a glance:
- Faster and more efficient processes
- More transparency
- Accelerated flow of information
- Central status report for advertising media
- Intuitive user guidance
- Accurate-to-the-second placement of comments
- Cinematic coordination of advertising material without additional software
- Uploaded videos are converted into standard formats and can be commented
As a modular element of the MMC integrated into the workflow, the coordination process for advertising media is a central component. In this process, all types of advertising media such as advertisements, films or banners are coordinated in the various release phases and tagged with comments.
Following an initial round of coordination between the project manager and implementation partner, internal and external partners are invited to a further coordination round. To do this, the project manager invites one or more users registered in the MMC to the coordination round.
The participants of this round can now comment the draft of the printed advertising medium in the form of a PDF document and assign it a status. This can be "Rework", "Approval following correction" or "Approval". Each individual step of the coordination round is documented and can be retrieved via a coordination history. This yields an audit-compliant process that permanently documents who has briefed which correction and when in order to move from one version to the next.
As well as the coordination of print products in the form of a PDF file, other media such as audio files for radio commercials, video clips for TV trailers or Internet banners can also be coordinated via the MMC.
