Our media / asset management serves as a central repository for the management and retrieval of images, videos, TVCs, online multimedia files, graphics, Powerpoint files and open documents that are needed for production. This is also where all completed advertising media with final approval are stored.

Production data (image, print data, etc.) is directly linked to the advertising media in question and can consequently be accessed with just a click. The clear tree structure also makes managing and finding all media assets significantly easier.

The upload function in MMC media / asset management enables media data to be uploaded into a buffer memory (ToDo). Only once the correct keywords have been assigned is the uploaded data made available on the media server. This is to ensure that other users can find the files via the media search. The preview function enables users to display even multiple-page documents in their browsers in preview form.

Specific meta-information can be stored for each individual file, which users can then search for specifically. Copyrights can be entered for image data in order to safeguard unambiguous legal use. A shopping basket collects the available advertising media in various forms for the user. The order wizard helps the user to capture the relevant data (e.g. billing and delivery addresses).
