The quality management system we have been using for more than 35 years for our in-house workflows is one that we have also integrated into the creation and development of the MMC.
Thanks to standardised processes that are defined with the customer's input, nothing is left to chance. Clear deputisation rules ensure that no deadline is missed, even if the project manager is not available.
Seamless documentation in the version history (every e-mail and every coordination content is stored in the MMC and can be retrieved from a central location) also ensures transparency and quality. Clear deadline specifications safeguard the stringent and time-efficient handling of projects.
The advertising media configurator helps maintain a consistent level of quality in advertising media implementation. With this, you can specify a corporate design framework using a template system that can then be flexibly populated (picture, graphic, text modules, free text, etc.).
This ensures that design guidelines are complied with in full. An existing MMC customer had the processes used within the Marketing Management Cockpit verified and certified by an independent auditor, since the processes had to comply with the requirements of the American drug approvals authority.
